Cooking for a Group with Chris Leavitt

Join Mr. Chris Leavitt, past Commander of the Houston Power Squadron and former Sea Scout Skipper, as he presents how to plan, design, purchase for, cook and deliver outstanding meals with excellent foods at inexpensive pricing!   Good for anyone from parties of 4 to 400.   Chris will present specifics on menu planning for the group, making great selections of food products, and various ways to prepare and present your meals.  Whether you are on a 4-day cruise, 10-days at the British Virgin Islands, or simply dockside, you want to be part of this presentation.

After the discussion, there will be handouts for meal planning and preparation sent via email to the participants.  Using the US Marine Corps guide on preparing meals for a Company or Brigade, or several dozen hungry young adults, planning and preparation just became easy.
