Welcome to the Seminar!

All boaters will face situations where they may become the “skipper of the boat”.   At first, the boating skills that a skipper needs to master may appear daunting.   But, like anything else, when you take the time to break a system down into its basic parts it is easier to understand.   Our goal, today, is to help the less experienced boaters gain confidence so that they can contribute to the operation of a boat.   As skill develops through further training, reading, and hands-on experience, the participant will ultimately be able to handle many aspects of boating in an emergency or shared responsibility situation.

Everyone is invited to listen to the seminar.  Credit (and certificate) is issued to paid participants.
