Rules of the Road: A Practical Approach
Welcome to the Seminar!
This seminar covers a topic all boaters need to know — Rules of the Road. Our approach is a practical one. We apply common-sense interpretations to the rules to help make them easier to understand and remember. The reference for this seminar is the United States Coast Guard Navigation Rules and Regulations Handbook, which is the complete listing of the rules. Although relatively comprehensive, this seminar does not contain details of all the rules. It focuses on the rules governing situations most likely to be encountered by newer recreational boaters.
This seminar takes about 2 hours to complete.
Conference call-in is limited to about 30 persons.
